For a bug, it helps to include your device and OS (e.g. “iPhone 14, iOS 18”), which mode you were in, and what happened. A screenshot or screen recording is gold.

How to play

Tap the ? in the top bar during any game for the full rules, or start with the short version: you're shown a number, you find it on the page and tap it, faster than your opponent. A wrong tap just shakes — no penalty. First to clear their share of the page wins.

Common questions

• Play Online won't connect / I can't sign in. Online 1v1 needs an internet connection and a Google sign-in, and sign-in isn't available in every build. Couch, Race, Solo vs AI and the Daily Challenge all work fully offline and need no account.
• My stats and streak didn't carry over to a new phone. Single-player progress — stats, achievements, pen sets, your daily streak — is stored on the device and doesn't sync. A fresh install starts fresh.
• I bought Spot 50 Pro but it's locked on my other device. Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. The unlock is tied to your Apple or Google account, so use the same one.
• The Daily board looks the same as someone else's. That's the point — everyone gets the identical page each day. It changes at midnight UTC.
• There's a new pen set I can't select. Some pen sets unlock through achievements; three are part of Spot 50 Pro. None of them change how a match plays — they only recolour your ink.
• I want a refund. Purchases go through Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them — reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or the Play Store order history for Android. Email us if you're stuck.

Delete your account

If you signed in for online play, you can remove your account and its data (leaderboard entries, match history) — see spot50.com/delete-account.
