Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Spot 50 — the game at spot50.com and its App Store and Google Play apps. By playing, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the game. Contact: support@spot50.com.

The game

Spot 50 is free to play. An optional one-time purchase, “Spot 50 Pro”, unlocks cosmetic pen sets and removes ads. Pro never changes a competitive result — ratings, matchmaking, and the shared daily board are the same for everyone.

Accounts

Online play and leaderboards use Google sign-in. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Keep your Google account secure. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.

Fair play

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, tamper with the client, or exploit bugs to gain an advantage;
• attack, overload, probe, or disrupt the service or other players;
• harass other players or use offensive names;
• reverse-engineer or resell the game except where the law allows.

We may reset or adjust leaderboards and ratings, or remove entries, to keep competition fair.

Purchases

Spot 50 Pro is sold through the App Store, Google Play, or our web checkout, and is subject to that platform’s payment and refund terms. It is a one-time unlock tied to your store account or your Spot 50 account.

The game is provided “as is”

We work to keep Spot 50 running well, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that your data or progress will never be lost. We may change, pause, or discontinue features. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which for most players is zero).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the change is material we’ll update the date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where you have mandatory consumer rights under your local law, nothing here removes them.
